We’re Dustin & Maryfrances Wyant, and we are very excited to be sharing our dream with you! Park & Main has been and “idea” for some time, and we are finally able to make it happen just down the street from our home. The connection to family, friends and community is our why.
Simple, tasty food, made with high-quality ingredients, and a celebration for all things natural and local. That’s what drives our food - from delicious wood-fired pizza to craft ice cream to freshly prepared deli items - as well as our marketplace, stocked with artisan fare and locally produced products.
We are native Oregonians (we both grew up in Bend), and we’ve been residents of Carlton for over a decade. Not only is the town a great destination for Willamette Valley wine country visitors, but it's also a great place to live, raise children, and connect with the community.
Dustin’s previous experience owning and managing hotels and restaurants in Montana (The Resort at Glacier, St. Mary Lodge), in Dundee (Inn at Redhills and Farm to Fork), in McMinnville (The Barberry and 1882 Grille), and in Newberg (Recipe, A Neighborhood Kitchen), has expanded his love for hospitality and service. Under Dustin’s management, The Barberry received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and both The Barberry and Recipe received the Oregon A-List Award.
