FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER/BARTENDER – Looking for an experienced front-of-the-house manager or an experienced server who wants to move into a management role. Bartending experience required, with big picture/service knowledge, wine knowledge a plus. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Looking for someone with maturity in attitude, with a service mind and heart to help our customers and staff. The position is public-facing, taking care of customers, taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, running food, scheduling and managing staff, etc. Must hold or obtain food handler’s card, be 21+ and hold an OLCC permit, committed to quality food and service. Must be able to lift 40 pounds, comfortable in a busy environment, and work closely with others to deliver exceptional hospitality to all guests.
COUNTER SERVER/BARTENDER – position is a public-facing position, taking care of customers, taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, running food, etc. Must be 21 years of age or older, obtain a valid OLCC service permit, and be available to work nights and weekends. Operating a touch-screen point of sale system, a plus. Wine knowledge a plus. Must enjoy working with the public and have a positive attitude!
CHEF – Looking for a seasoned Chef who loves a working chef position. Do you love cooking in a wood-fired oven, have a passion for working with local food sources, and willingness to be creative with the change in seasons? Pizza experience, working with local produce/proteins, and high-volume experience, a plus. The Chef will prep and provide quality service in all areas of food production. Must work clean, focused, organized, and have an up-to-date food handler’s permit. Daily preparation and cooking for lunch and dinner as well as catered events. Managing and scheduling employees, food, and supplies ordering, maintaining attention to proper techniques executed in a timely manner. Looking for someone with maturity in attitude, with a service mind and heart to help our kitchen staff excel.
PREP COOK/PIZZA COOK – position is a prep cook/pizza cook position working with raw ingredients, cutting, slicing, prepping, working with pizza dough, and oven, and making salads, sandwiches, etc. Previous cooking experience is preferred, but not required. Must be committed to quality food and service, comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment, and working closely with others.
BAKER – position is a baking position, preparing and making baked goods for our restaurant and ice cream and candy shop. Commercial baking experience required. Must hold a current food handler’s permit.
DISHWASHER – position will be washing dishes, bussing, stacking wood, putting away orders, removing garbage and recycling, cleaning, with occasional food running, or helping out in the kitchen. The ability to multi-task, work efficiently and fast, change gears, and pay attention to detail, is important. Must be 16 years or older. Must enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude.
